How this works: Blue is built from separate parts — ears, eyes, mouth, four legs, tail and a pointing paw — each animated for real. The same puppet can drop into the AR game, the chat assistant (lip-syncing when he talks), the map, and loading screens. Tell me which moves to tweak and I’ll wire him in everywhere.
