Terms of Use

By using Fuego Tours you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The pass

The Fuego Tours pass is free. It gives you access to discounts and offers at participating businesses in and around Antigua.

• Offers are provided by the businesses themselves, not by Fuego Tours. Availability, terms and hours are set by each business and can change or end without notice.
• Offers are for personal use. One redemption per person per offer unless the offer says otherwise.
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions unless the business agrees.
• A business may decline a redemption — for example if they are at capacity, closed, or the offer has ended.

In-app currency and game features

Churros, points, scores and any other in-app currency have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold. They exist only inside the app and may be adjusted, reset or discontinued at any time.

Fair use

Do not attempt to falsify redemptions, script or automate the app, reverse-engineer the redemption system, or use the pass to obtain discounts you are not entitled to. We may disable a pass that is being misused.

Coffee and merchandise

Purchases of Fuego Coffee and other merchandise are fulfilled through our Shopify store and are subject to the terms and refund policy shown at checkout. Fuego Tours is responsible for those orders; the pass discounts described above do not apply to them unless stated.

Tours, crawls and events

Listings for tours, crawls, events and venues are provided for information. Where an activity is run by a third party, your agreement is with that provider. Please drink responsibly and follow local laws; some listed venues serve alcohol and are for adults only.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep listings, hours and offers accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fuego Tours is not liable for the acts, omissions, products or services of participating businesses or third-party providers, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
