in the Suburban.
One long, private day from Antigua down to the coast and back, in a blue 1985 Suburban. The truck is half the fun.
This is a private group day: one price for the truck, not a seat on a bus. It starts early and it is a full day, so it suits people who would rather see three things properly than sleep in.
It is new this season. Tell me your date and I will confirm it is running before you plan around it.
The day
The safari park
A drive-through animal park on the way to the coast. You see it from the truck.
The barge through the mangroves
The truck rolls onto a wooden barge and floats down the canal. This is the photo.
Monterrico
Black sand, lunch by the sea, and the sunset before we climb home.
